These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store at [www.7zen.de]. The provider and contracting party is: Herzkarten Service GmbH, Viktor-Frankl-Strasse 22, 86916 Kaufering (hereinafter “7zen”).
A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you are submitting a binding order.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or when we ship the ordered goods. We are entitled to refuse orders without providing reasons.
(1) Description of Services: The services offered by 7zen.de (e.g., readings, analyses, astrological products) are based on spiritual and astrological methods. These methods are not scientifically recognized, and the results cannot be objectively proven.
(2) Distinction from Medicine & Therapy: All content, analyses, or consultations are intended solely for entertainment, self-discovery, and personal inspiration. They do not constitute a medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, consultation, or therapy at any time.
(3) No Substitute for Qualified Professionals: The services offered do not replace a visit to a doctor, alternative practitioner, psychotherapist, or other medical professionals. No promises of healing are expressly made.
(4) Personal Responsibility: The customer acts on their own responsibility. The provider assumes no liability for decisions the customer makes based on astrological information. In the event of health issues or mental health crises, professional medical help must be sought immediately.
Our products are custom-made based on the personal data you provide (specifically date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and the name of the recipient). Please carefully review all entries before placing your order, as no changes can be made once production has begun.
Important Note Regarding Astrological Content: All astrological analyses, horoscopes, coaching texts, and similar content are intended solely for entertainment and personal inspiration. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for such advice. 7zen assumes no liability for decisions made based on astrological content.
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include applicable sales tax. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process before you submit your order and are not included in the product price.

Payment is due upon completion of the order. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge late payment interest at the statutory rate.
Since these are exclusively personalized products, production begins upon receipt and confirmation of your order (or upon receipt of payment). The stated delivery time of 3–7 business days is a non-binding estimate from the start of production.
We ship within the EU. If delivery to your country is not possible, you will be informed before completing your order.
7zen bears the shipping risk for consumers until the goods are handed over to you or a person designated by you.
The delivered goods remain the property of 7zen until the purchase price has been paid in full.
The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to consumers. Exception: Pursuant to § 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
Since all of our products (posters, star charts, coaching cards, etc.) are custom-made based on your birth data, the right of withdrawal is generally excluded for these products. Separate withdrawal policy: see Withdrawal Policy.
This does not affect your right to return goods in case of defects (§ 10).
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of a defect (e.g., printing error, incorrect personalization due to an error on our part), we are obligated to provide subsequent performance. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@7zen.de with a photo of the defect and your order number.
Please note: Incorrect customer data entries (incorrect date of birth, incorrect place of birth) do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to a free replacement.
7zen bears unlimited liability for intentional acts and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health. Otherwise, 7zen is liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected by this. This is supplemented by § 3(4).
The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the content of astrological, numerological, or similar analyses.
All content displayed on our website (designs, graphics, texts, logos) is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, or other use is prohibited without the express written permission of 7zen. The poster personalized for you may be reproduced for private, non-commercial purposes.

We use AI-powered tools to create the following content:
editorial texts (blog, knowledge base, glossary, accompanying product texts)
Translations into other languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian)
product images and accompanying visual materials
guided meditations (text and audio content)
personalized content based on your birth data (coaching card texts, astrological analyses, numerology)
All content generated in this manner is editorially reviewed, content-adjusted, and approved prior to publication. Editorial responsibility within the meaning of Section 18(2) of the Media Services State Treaty (MStV) lies with the person named in the legal notice. These notices are provided in accordance with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Regulation / EU AI Act). In case of doubt, the original German version shall prevail.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers residing in an EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence apply in addition.
The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities under public law is the registered office of 7zen. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is to be determined in accordance with statutory provisions.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (severability clause).
