my7zen — the App
An app that grows quieter the longer you know it.
A quiet app for your inner development. Landscape, EFT, 7zen profile and tools for daily life.
Quiet accompaniment in everyday life
An app that gets quieter the longer you know it.
It bundles your inner landscape, breath & tapping, your 7zen profile and small tools in a quiet space. No streak, no points, no pressure - just a companion that goes with you.
What the app is - and what it is not
Not a performance tool. One room.
my7zen doesn't track how much you do. It helps you to be more aware of yourself - and gives you small, physical tools when your head gets too loud.
Three pillars support it: your inner landscape (root, path, clarity, breath, waves, light, bridge), EFT & tapping as a tangible gesture, and your 7zen profile as a personal language.
Surrounded by tools for daily life: Breath, meditation, moon phases, soundscapes, a daily impulse. You take what you need - and leave what doesn't fit.
We believe that those who know themselves better treat themselves more kindly. And that's all we want.
Three pillars
What you work with.
Your inner landscape
Seven pillars - root, path, clarity, breath, waves, light, bridge. A map of your inner self, not a diagnosis.
Breath & tapping
EFT tapping assistant with eight themes. A small, physical gesture that helps when the head gets too loud.
Your 7zen profile
Astrology, human design, numerology. Three ancient languages in which your essence can be expressed.
Pillar I - the landscape
Seven pillars. A map of your inner self.
Not "where are you standing?" - but "what is moving inside you right now?"
The mandala is the heart of the app. Seven pillars that together describe your inner landscape - from root (what sustains you) to breath (how you regulate yourself) to bridge (how you relate).
Tap on a pillar in the app and it opens: short texts, suitable exercises, a daily impulse. Some pillars appear often, others almost never - this is not a shortcoming, but information.
A map is created over weeks: which pillars are calling you, which are silent. No score, no comparison. A map for you.
Pillar II - Breath & Tapping
A gesture that helps when your head gets too loud.
Three minutes. Nine points. Eight topics that really happen.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, "tapping") is a self-applied method: you gently tap on nine acupressure points and speak a sentence that names what is currently there. Studies show that the stress level decreases measurably.
In the app, the tapping assistant guides you through the setup sentence, points round and reminder sentence - tailored to your topic. Speak along or just follow along as it suits you.
Eight themes: Tension, sleep, worry, doubt, sadness, fear, anger, overwhelm. Three minutes, then put the phone down.
- You choose your topic — Tension, sleep, worry, doubt, sadness, fear, anger, excessive demands - or free input.
- Setup set — You speak (or think) a short sentence that names what is there - three times, at the karate point.
- Nine points — Eyebrow, corner of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, breastbone, under the arm, crown of the head - tap gently.
- Breath, reminder, end — A conscious breath, a reminder sentence, done. You put the phone away.
7zen is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If your symptoms persist, consult a specialist.
Other tools
What else is in the app.
- Breath & Meditation — Guided breathing exercises (4-7-8, box, coherence) and meditations - short, without esoteric bombast.
- Moon phases — Current moon phase with short impulse - what the phase symbolically suggests, without predictions.
- Daily impulse — A small map in the morning. Drawn from your profile and your current landscape.
- Stillwaters - Soundscapes — Long, quiet sound baths for falling asleep, working or breathing. Without voices, without advertising.
- Your day — A quiet daily plan - not a to-do list, but a trail. You design your day for your landscape.
- Silent success picture — Instead of streaks: a picture that slowly fills up with what you do. Without a score. Without comparison.
That's what it feels like
A day with my7zen.
- 7:12 · Tomorrow - a map — You open the app. Daily impulse is already there. Today: "Root". A sentence about it, a short exercise, three breaths. You put your cell phone away.
- 11:48 · Morning - short knot — Something tightens. You tap on the tapping assistant and select "Tension". Three minutes. You go back to your day.
- 15:30 · Afternoon - what's on the move — You tap on the mandala. Today "waves" lights up. You read the short text, do the exercise - or not. Either is fine.
- 22:05 · Evening - Stillwaters — You put on a soundscape. Twelve minutes. You're asleep before it's over. The app doesn't notice - and that's a good thing.

FAQ.
- Is my7zen a substitute for therapy?
- No. my7zen is an accompanying tool. In the event of persistent complaints, crises or acute stress, please contact a specialist - psychotherapist, family doctor or a crisis hotline.
- What does the app cost?
- The basis is free of charge (landscape, daily impulse, one EFT theme, moon phases). The full 7zen profile and all EFT themes are part of the Plus membership. You can try everything before you decide.
- What happens to my birth data?
- They are used exclusively to calculate your 7zen profile, are stored in encrypted form and are not passed on. You can delete your profile at any time - completely, without backlog.
- Do I need the star profile to use the app?
- No. Landscape, EFT, breath, moon phases also work without a profile. The profile complements the picture - it is language, not a compulsory part.
- Streaks, points, achievements - is that possible?
- Consciously no. Instead of points, the app shows a "still image" that slowly fills up with what you do. Without a score, without comparison. What you do quietly should also be counted quietly.
